Dollarization occurs when a country decides, the currency of another currency, and issuing of its own. The result is that the countries that used this practice is regarded as a viable unit for investment is stable. The case of dollarization is that the central bank in this country no longer raise the monetary policy can print or the old currency. A perfect example of dollarization is that the dollar is now the currency of El Salvador.
