They have different banks in different currencies (yuan / dollar) for an international transfer?
I have a reference, the Bank has recently U.S. Seal with porcelain. Once finished, I found the ratio was much lower than what I found on High Speed Internet. He said the Bank to decide its own pace, which has nothing to do with what we do in the newspaper or online. Why where? I felt frustrated.

Should I get my money here or in Spain?
