world currency values

I suppose if you have read this article, you already have a basic knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FOREX), so I breeze through the basics and go right, the topic of Senior cons-sectoral analysis.

If you are dependent on the financial markets, like me, the question of the resistance-sector analysis is fascinating because it can be applied make money with Forex trading (the main topic of this article as) easy as possible, be applied to goods. How can imagine, the word "cross" In this context, the views of ordinary economic data in order to reach that conclusion about where it receives a particular currency pair price. The opposite of intermarket analysis is obviously fundamental analysis, usually focusing on key economic data such as employment, labor and interest rates.

Some relationships between the major gold markets have to do oil, and 10-year bond yields in the United States. The reason why the 10-year yield important because the value of gold and oil, the (arguably two of the main raw materials are produced in the world today), commodity prices, currencies most affected countries, these products. There are two important relationships, when it comes to gold and oil: Canada is a major producer of oil, so the Canadian dollar (CAD) is caused by changes in oil prices be affected, and Australia produces a large quantity of gold, and there are several companies in Australia producing products like rare gold coins, when the Australian dollar (AUD) will be affected by changes in gold prices.

These are just some examples of the development of relations between the markets of the world economy, but remember that these relations are not only parts * only mentioned. In other words, changes in the gold price does not affect only the price of the Australian Dollars and let the value of the currencies of other changes, changes in the value of such important products such as gold and oil will affect all currencies, because the fact that a greater proportion of the Australian economy has business interests in gold and if gold becomes more expensive, it becomes harder to do business.

While oil and gold each have an impact on a "flagship project" for most currencies, fluctuations in the price of each product also has a on all currencies, a little predictable. If there is gold, a rule of thumb that the falling value of currencies of all nations, if gold is more expensive in May because it would mean more people buy precious metals because they can not have much faith in the major organs in the world.

As oil prices is affecting the currency very interesting because at this moment in the history (but luckily not for long), almost every major economy on oil for transportation and heating system dependent. Of how changes in oil prices the currency of a country depends on whether this country is an importer or exporter of petroleum. For example, Canada has always been an exporter of oil, while The United States is an importer. So, if oil is expensive, it may be detrimental to the economy of the United States and an asset to an oil-exporting Country like Canada.

As a FOREX broker or exchange is important to understand these relationships do not arise trading signals from a single source. It's also good to know how the prices of raw materials, big problem, because the currency to also use this knowledge to money in the global stock market investing in companies as oil producer in Canada, or an Australian company that specializes in gold coins.
