No options work differently exchange for stock options?

I understand the options before the U.S. stock market, and if I buy 1 contract for 100 shares at a price of $ 50 charged me $ 50 plus commission. It is basically the same for Forex? For example, I tried options on CME Euro. A contract for 125,000 euros. If you buy a contract at a price of 0010, based on accounts that are $ 125 plus commissions?
