Trading on the Forex market has many advantages over other financial markets, the most important are: superior liquidity, 24 hour market better enforcement and more. Traders and investors can be found on the Forex market as a new speculation or diversifying opportunity because of these advantages.

In other words, no instrument transaction is also closely linked to the foreign exchange market, if not least in terms liquidity, 24 hours on the market environment and last but el, the profit potential. Forex (foreign exchange) is the largest (most liquid) markets in the financial world with an average daily volume of transactions over $ U.S. 1.5 billion euros, is connected to more than the world market share.

Foreign Exchange is where you trade currency of one nation by another. Therefore, the currency markets are traded pairs.

But the way currencies traded each face may be a little confusing, especially for beginners. Basically it are two golden rules – and three exceptions to the rule first.

Rule No. 1: All the Forex quotes are expressed as a percentage of units per dollar. For example, the exchange rate between the Japanesse Yen (JPY) and U.S. Dollar (USD) is expressed in Japanese yen to 103.14 dollars. The technical term for this is that the U.S. dollar is the currency of "base" against JPY, which is cited.

A higher price means that 104.33 dollar has gained value in value against the yen, as it now has more JPY on the same amount of money. Once fired, it means that a strong dollar, this translates into a continued trend upward in the graph. If you believe USD will continue to trend upward, which means YEN downward trend, while would sell JPY.

The first exception is the rule Pound Sterling (GBP), European Euros (EUR), and the Australian dollar (AUD). These currencies are the currencies leaning against the dollar. If the exchange rate between U.S. Dollar and each of these parts are the letters that a strong dollar is treated as a trend the continued decline of Chary. If the U.S. dollar appreciated against the GBP yesterday to today, citing lower today is between GBP and USD as the deadline yesterday. If you think U.S. Should continue to trend downward, and thus tend to pound sterling, if you sell GBP.

Rule No. 2: All names listed are delivered to the base currency at the top. For example, the Swiss franc (CHF) and the U.S. dollar is known as / USD CHF. The meeting between the USD and EUR are as EUR / USD. Another example are the names USD / JPY, USD / CAD, EUR / USD, AUD / USD, etc.
